Jay-Z is coming to Washington DC. Though President Elect Barack Obama and his Administration has pleaded with the rappers of the world to stay home, Jay -Z is reportedly linking up with Live Nation to execute a historic performance.

I hear that Hov and Live Nation are partnering for a show featuring a live band on January 19th at the Warner Theater.
