New Bentley Is Fastest & Cleanest Ever - Utilizes "Green" Technology

Bentley is teasing us with a lone picture of the biofuel burner it promises will be the fastest, most powerful and cleanest car the company has ever built.
The biofuel Bentley the crew from Crewe will unveil at the Geneva Motor Show in March marks the first big step toward the automaker's goal of getting the average CO2 emissions of its entire fleet to a Toyota Yaris-like 120 grams per kilometer, and it should have gearheads rejoicing at the prospect that going green doesn't mean going serene.
Bentley isn't saying much about the car — the press release was literally 54 words — dubbed the "extreme Bentley," but considering the Speed versions of the Continental coupe and sedan produce 600 horsepower, we're eager to see what Bentley's cooked up this time.
We do know the new model will ride on the D1 platform underpinning the Continental GT and Continental Flying Spur. Look for one of the ginormous 6-liter twin-turbo 12-cylinder engines used across the Continental range. Bentley isn't saying how much CO2
the car will emit, but anything would be an improvement on the nearly 400 g/km the 2008 Continental coupe and sedan spit out.
As much as we'd like to see a diesel under the hood — we love the idea of running used veggie oil in a Bentley — it's almost certainly gonna be a flex-fuel car running on gasoline, ethanol or a combination of the two. Buyers in North American and Asia, Bentley’s most important markets, don’t want to hear any clatter under the hood, and Bentley probably figures that if biofuel is good enough for the queen of England, it's good enough for more plebeian types.
Based on the heavily shadowed teaser photo Bentley provided, it's impossible to say whether the extreme Bentley will be a four-door sedan based on the Continental Flying Spur or a two-door coupe based on the Continental GT. We'd like to see flex-fuel versions of both because the more the merrier. Obvious design departures from the Bentleys currently in showrooms include those big vertical intakes at either end of the fascia and the vents on the hood. The black mesh lends a menacing touch.

This is should be a smooth deal for T.I’s Grand Hustle joining with Amare’s Hypocalypto Records – who already has an artist “Juice” waiting on the shelf. T.I wants to slide into eventually sports management and Amare has artists he wants to groom. This is a smart move for Tip to keep the money stream flowing.
Don’t expect to see anything happening in the next 12 months since Tip is scheduled for jail in March – unless he plans on getting ‘special privileges’ to handle his “business”.

PERSISTENCE....
I was out grinding today trying to achieve the goals I set for myself this year. During my process I began thinking of ways to reach my goals a little faster. The question I had was HOW? Well, if you don't know me let me tell you something..I like to look for answers to do just that. Google here I come!!! And what pops up but an article on Persistence and staying focused on your goals. I found the info to be enlightening and it helped me understand how I have gone wrong in the past. Funny thing is....I have a tremendous amount of success in a short period of time by doing just as the an Ant does in it's daily life. Check it out...
1. Ants follow proven instruction. When scout ants find food, they spray a pheromone and hightail it back to the nest. The pheromone makes a trail that leads back to the food. Worker Ants at the nest don’t argue that there’s a better way back to the food, they just follow the trail.
A human, though, will see a proven to success and try to change it. They’ll think they see shortcuts and take those instead of the proven path.

I read a report recently the success rate with franchises was higher if the owner didn’t have a high IQ. Why? Because the franchisees who were smart usually veer off the proven path. They change the working formula and in doing so mess up their own success.
If you watch a scout ant, once he finds food he runs back to the nest, sometimes he gets excited and zigzags a little, he might even make a circle. When the other ants follow the trail do they say “hey we’re going in a circle? Let’s take this shortcut?” No! They follow the proven path back to the food. The result? Everyone gets the food.
2. Ants are determined. If you tell an ant there is food over a hill but there are 5 trees down blocking the path, does the ant think twice? No, an ant will climb a house 1000 times its size if it has to make its journey.
This makes a guy feel bad for putting down a research manual because it has too many pages doesn’t it? Just think of the number of people who quit because the path is “too difficult,” too hard to follow.
So..what do you think? Is there something you really wanted to do in life and you stopped because you found it too difficult? Or you tried it your own way and failed? How you answer that will tell you alot about what you really are made of. You just may not be the failure or lack the know how the way you think you do.

Former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland has reportedly severed ties with her longtime manager Matthew Knowles, father of Beyonce.
According to Bossip.com, a source said the two had a heated argument that resulted in the termination.
It is also rumored to have caused a rift in the singer's relationship with Knowles' daughter and her former group member Beyonce.

Head on the FIRST DATE...MAKE SURE YOU DO THE SMELL TASTE!
Do you give head on the first date? It’s funny what people will and will not do on the first date. Even the first time having sex. I know people who will sleep with someone on the first date, but they won’t give head. I know others who will give head, and not go all the way. I can understand that last statement, but I still feel the need to give everyone a few reasons why head should be giving on the first date, if you like that person.

Koch changes there name to E1 Music

Effective today (January 27), independent powerhouse Koch Records will now be known as E1 Music.
The initiative comes directly from parent company E1 Entertainment, in a concerted effort to merge their portfolio of over 100 global subsidiaries under one umbrella.
The company's urban division will remain in New York City, while the main office is set to relocate to Long Island, NY by the end of February.
The name change comes as the company plans a loaded 2009 with anticipated 1st quarter releases from D-Block, Alchemist, Juelz Santana's Skull Gang, Havoc of Mobb Deep, and Slim Thug.
"We are looking at the best year in our history," an excited Alan Grunblatt, General Manger of E1 Music, told AllHipHop.com. "We are just changing our name to E1 and will continue to change the game."
With a library of over 15,000 songs and 3,700 feature films, E1 Music President Bob Frank is confident the label will maintain its near-decade of dominance in the independent Hip-Hop scene.
"E1 Music will pick up where Koch Records left off as the #1 Independent 8 years running," Frank explained to AllHipHop.com. "These are very challenging but exciting times for the recorded music business. We have positioned the company perfectly so that we can continue to win!"
The new arrangement does not affect the status of artist and ByrdGang leader Jim Jones, who will retain his A&R position for the label.

Mark Curry, no not the comedian, a former Bad Boy artist is releasing a tell all book about his [mis]adventures while working with Diddy called, “Dancing With The Devil”. Curry dished [what we all suspected] that Diddy would feature himself in his artist videos but charge them for the “appearance” later – LOL.
Curry said, "Puff has an annoying habit of inserting himself into the songs and videos of all the artists on his label and Puff charged the artists for his appearance on their records and videos, usually without (them) realising it until they receive their royalty statements. That's when they discovered that their large sums of money had gone to fees which were doubled, tripled and even quadrupled because of Puff's 'special appearances.'” This includes Diddy charging his artist for featuring his Bentley – which according to Curry he insisted should be in the video – and then Diddy would write it off as a business expense!
This is absolutely hilarious; every body knew Diddy loves to impose himself in videos but to charge your artist for that?!! That’s kinda grimy.

I mean body sprays are cool and all but if you truly possess good vagina you don’t need anything to cover the smell of it. WEEZY ROCK ALBUM....RELEASE DATE VERY SOOON....
Lil Wayne’s much anticipated Rock album now has a release date, a title and a first single. Weezy’s first rock genre album, titled “Rebirth,” will hit stores on April 7th. The first single from the album is called “Prom Queen” and is now available to listen to. Canadian rapper Drake said in a recent interview that Weezy’s new album is a major musical departure and compared it to the latest effort from Kanye saying “It’s something different in just that whole 808’s and Hearbreaks, just throwing individuals off.” Lil Wayne’s last album, Tha Carter III, is certified multi-platinum and earned the New Orleans rapper eight Grammy nominations, the most of any artist. Wayne will join Jay-Z, T.I. and Kanye West to perform “Swagga Like Us” at the 51st annual Grammy Awards on February 8th. Other artists set to join the party include Paul McCartney, Radiohead and Justin Timberlake, who will perform with T.I.

Young Jeezy has accepted Bil O’Reilly’s invitation to appear on his show and explain his position. O’Reilly started his latest attack on rap by showing clips of Jeezy and Jigga perform “My President,” calling it “a rant that offended people” O’Reilly bashed the rappers saying “I guess they didn’t get the memo about bringing the country together. I don’t think Barack Obama would approve of [the performance]. I think it was low class.” “Damn right! I ain’t never ran, nah mean?” Jeezy told XXL “At the end of the day, you’re dealing with cats who think that we as young black men don’t know what it is we do. We entrepreneurs, we came from nothing.” Young Jeezy and Jay-Z are just the latest rappers that O’Reilly has attacked. In the past he bitched and cried enough to make Pepsi drop Ludacris as a spokesman.
